Introduction to Reloading - June 22

The Thin Air Precision Introduction to Reloading and Load Development course covers the basics and safety regarding ammunition reloading. This course has a maximum capacity of 4 students. Students will learn how to safely reload ammunition for their rifle and how to start developing loads to increase accuracy and precision with low deviations in velocity.
Course Details
Students will learn how to prepare new or once fired brass, reprime, charge, and seat a bullet. Students will become familiar with how to operate all the necessary tools and equipment for reloading.
Equipment
Students will need to bring equipment and components that are specific to the cartridge their rifle is chambered in. For example, if you’re shooting a .308 Winchester, and your cases have large rifle primer pockets, you will need 100 pieces of .308 Winchester brass, 100 .308 caliber bullets that will work with your twist rate, 1 pound of gun powder that will work with your cartridge, 100 large rifle primers, and a .308 Winchester reloading die set. We have several standard die sets that students may use, please contact a member of the Thin Air Precision team to ensure you are bringing the right equipment and components for the course.
